Managing Mentees

The Mentees section is your hub for managing client relationships.

Adding Mentees

By Invitation

  1. Click Add Mentee
  2. Enter mentee's email
  3. Optionally assign activities
  4. Click Send Invitation

From Existing User

Search by email or name to connect with existing users.

Mentee Profiles

Click on any mentee to see:

  • Overview — Contact info, status, progress
  • Activities — Assigned activities and progress
  • Sessions — Upcoming and past sessions
  • Notes — Your observations

Organizing Mentees

Groups

Create groups for cohorts or programs:

  1. Go to Mentees > Groups
  2. Click New Group
  3. Add mentees

Tags

Apply tags for filtering and organization.

Working with Mentees

Assigning Activities

  1. Open mentee profile
  2. Go to Activities tab
  3. Click Assign Activity
  4. Select activities

Reviewing Responses

See mentee responses by selecting an activity in their profile.

Adding Notes

Document observations with private or shared notes.
